letterform
The task began with drawing a single letterform, followed by an in depth exploration of one specific part of the character. Possible character parts that could be explored are: stroke, contour, shape, terminal, fill, or link. After isolating "shape" to be explored, variations were developed that supported the transition of one form to another. After an extensive look into the form, a strong emphasis on sorting and arranging proved to highlight the transitions of one form to another.
